Prenatal Series

So many changes take place in your body during pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is a time to slow down and connect with the baby growing inside you. Yoga encourages you to be fully present and in the moment, a skill you will need as a parent as well. Be surrounded by other women also experiencing pregnancy, to learn and to share with them. Ayurveda and Yoga Workshop

Ayurveda, "The Science of Life," is a 5000 year old holistic system of natural medicine which promotes happiness, health and growth. It is considered one of the most remarkable holistic approach to healthcare. Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences that come together to ring natural balance to mind, body and spirit. Yoga is the science of self-realization, while Ayurveda is the science of self-healing.

History of Ayurveda and its approach to Medicine
Discover your own personal constitution
Learn to integrate Ayurveda into your Yoga practice
Yoga poses to balance Doshas

Purple Lotus Yoga In-Depth Studies A Yoga Alliance Registered Program Interested in learning more about yoga? The Purple Lotus In-Depth Studies program provides a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding and knowledge of both yoga and yourself. Based on the standards set by Yoga Alliance, Purple Lotus Yoga In-Depth Studies is offered in weekend modules, or workshops. Participants can take any or all modules to enhance their knowledge of yoga, but all must be completed for Yoga Alliance registration.
